B-Series (Basic)
MODUS B-Series flash columns are manufactured with the same cartridges as the standard series (and therefore have all the same features) but are packed with economical, high-quality silica gel (40-63μm, 60Å) or 50-75μm alumina. The alumina flash columns are particularly useful when the sample is sensitive and prone to degradation on silica gel. B-Series offers great savings for everyday purification.

Resolution and Reproducibility
MODUS B-Series (Basic Series) cartridges are manufactured using an innovative dry packing technique resulting in higher resolution and reproducibility. Featuring the industry standard Luer®-Lok end fitting, MODUS B-Series allow for quick, easy connection to most flash chromatography systems including ISCO, Biotage, Yamazen, Teledyne ISCO, Analogix (Varian), Interchim, Grace, Armen and BUCHI. All MODUS columns and media pass through rigorous QC testing which has resulted in an industry leading quality consistency of media for over 10 years.

Chromatography Direct MODUS B-Series columns are available from 4g up to 6Kg formats and are optimised for purification from 10mg to 300 grams. The enhanced product design with high-efficiency silica gel (irregular 40-63μm, 60Å) provides outstanding performance with lower use-cost.
